The present invention relates to a wheel having an air valve for a vehicle, and includes an air valve(100) embedded in a hub(11); and an air flow path(200) provided inside a spoke(13), and communicates with an inner side of a tire(20) provided on an air valve(100) and a rim(12). Thus, the present invention is capable of efficiently preventing noise and damage since an air valve is not protruded to the outside and easily controlling wheel balancing by reducing rotational inertia.
