A method is described for inserting or dispersing quartz within a substrate (10) containing polymers polarizable by an electromagnetic field having electrical resistivity, from an insulator to conductor or vice versa, modifiable by said field. The method involves dispersing in the substrate (10) particles having a sandwich structure comprising two conductive layers (E) and a layer with piezoelectric characteristics (Qinv) in the middle.
