PURPOSE: A system for managing an individual identification code of mobile contents and a method thereof are provided to immediately access to the corresponding contents by using only identification codes of the contents, thereby reducing effort and time for searching the contents. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(110) is provided an individual identification code about registered mobile contents. An individual code managing server(130) generates the individual identification code of a mobile application recognition mark and corresponds the individual identification code to the mobile contents according to a registration request of the individual identification code of the user terminal. The individual code managing server downloads the mobile contents in a specific mobile device when a downloading request of the mobile contents is received from the specific mobile device(150).
