摘要 <p>Disclosed are a method for preparing gelatinized pre-oriented filaments and the gelatinized pre-oriented filaments prepared by the method. The method comprises: feeding a spinning dope into a twin-screw extruder for blending and extruding same to obtain a first spinning solution having a non-Newtonian index of 0.1 - 0.8 and a structural viscosity index of 10 - 50; feeding the first spinning solution into a spinning box, and drawing at a spinneret with a factor of 5 - 20 fold so as to obtain a second spinning solution; and fast cooling and curing the second spinning solution so as to obtain the gelatinized pre-oriented filaments. Also provided are a method for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers by using the above method and the fibers prepared by this method. The gelatinized pre-oriented filaments prepared by the above method are used to prepare the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers with the number of filament broken ends per 10 km being no more than 2 drawing at 40 - 55 fold, and the prepared ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers have a single filament size of less than 2.2D and excellent mechanical performance.</p>
