PURPOSE: A device for measuring noise of a sealing member for a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to simulate noise generated in an actual road driving situation with respect to various sealing members and a vehicle frame. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring noise of a sealing member for a vehicle comprises a sealing member, a frame mounting unit(140), a sealing member control unit, a driving unit, a measuring unit, and a control unit. The sealing member is attached to the vehicle. One or more vehicle frames contacting the sealing member are mounted in the frame mounting unit. The sealing member control unit controls the contacting state between the sealing member and the vehicle frames. The driving unit is connected to the connection unit and the frame mounting unit and applies movement to the frame mounting unit. The measuring unit includes a noise sensor capable of measuring noise generated between the sealing member and the vehicle frames.
