<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method for a single core wire and a twisted wire capable of preventing increase in contact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The connection method of a single core wire 10 and a twisted wire 20 includes an in-tube insert step in which a single core wire 11 and twisted wires 21 are inserted into openings 30c and 30d of a tubular joint terminal 30, in which a core wire inset part 31 having an inside diameter D1 being slightly larger than a diameter d1 of the single core wire 11 from an end part 30a to a predetermined position on the depth side in the direction of axial line C is formed and a twisted wire insertion part 32 having an inside diameter D2 being slightly larger than a diameter d2 of the twisted wire 21 from an end part 30b to the single core wire insert part 31 on the depth side in axial direction is formed. It also includes a metal bonding step in which, with an end face 11a being press-fitted to an end face 21b, the single core wire 10 is rotated in a twisting direction R of the twisted wire 21, the twisted wire 20 is rotated in the direction opposite to the twisting direction R, otherwise, the single core wire 10 is rotated in the twisting direction R while the twisted wire 20 is rotated in the direction opposite to the twisting direction R, so that the end face 11a is metal-bonded to the end face 21b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
