<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat cystic fibrosis and reduce symptoms associated therewith. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a use of a compound represented by a structure of general formula [L-Z-Y ]n-X for manufacturing a medicine composition that treats cystic fibrosis and reduces the symptoms associated with the same. In the formula, L is lipid or phospholipid, Z is nothing or either one of ethanolamine, serine, inositol, choline, and glycerol, Y is nothing or either one of spacer groups in a longitudinal extent of 2 or 30 atoms, and X is pharmacologically acceptable monomer, dimer, oligomer, or polymer.
