<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit temperature elevation of a heated container due to baking, in which a temperature rise rate became smaller because once heated. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises: a heating coil 5 inductively heating a heated container 1; temperature detection means 3 detecting a temperature of the heated container 1; and control means 6 reducing or stopping power supply to the heating coil 5 when a detected temperature by the temperature detection means 3 exceeds a preliminarily set threshold temperature TL. The control means 6 calculates a temperature rise rate ΔT from the detected temperature by the temperature detection means 3 when re-heating the heating coil 5 after reducing or stopping power supply to the heating coil 5, and lowers the threshold temperature TL in the case where the temperature rise rate ΔT is a first preset value T1 and over. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
