摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored radiation-sensitive composition for forming a color pattern with good linearity and suppressing generation of residues outside a color pattern formation area.

SOLUTION: A colored radiation-sensitive composition includes (A) colorant, (B) acrylic resin having partial structure represented by the following formula (I), a (C) polymerizable compound, and a (D) ultraviolet absorber, where the content of the (D) ultraviolet absorber is 0.1 to 10 wt.% based on the solid content of the colored radiation-sensitive composition.
