<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable provision of AC/DC power supply at a remote location from an automobile and the like by obtaining an another battery in which a precious energy source is charged. <P>SOLUTION: Another battery is charged by a power generator via a relay, a resistor and the like, or a detection circuit that is made into an IC by detecting variation in a voltage so that a voltage of a main battery does not become larger than a specified voltage. The other battery is inserted into a container which is configured so that two poles of positive and negative terminals of the battery are connected to two electrical contact parts provided on a lid, and to which an inverter, an additional plug socket (an AC power supply extraction port), and a cigar lighter socket (a DC power supply extraction port) are installed.
