<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and an operation power supply voltage control method. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: multiple processing units where operation voltages are variable; an LSI having a controller which controls the processing units; a power supply control unit which supplies power voltages to the processing units in response to requests of power supply, from the LSI, which correspond to the respective processing units: and a rewritable nonvolatile memory which holds power supply voltage instruction values for giving instructions to the power supply control unit for the respective processing units. The controller obtains the power supply voltage instruction value held in the nonvolatile memory for each processing unit and transfers the obtained power supply voltage instruction value to the power supply control unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
