PURPOSE: A heating device is provided to select a region for inspection by regulating the size of an incident region of light irradiated to a target object from a heat source and to supply heat intensively to the selected region. CONSTITUTION: A heating device comprises a lamp unit(15), a body(10), and a light guiding member. The lamp unit supplies heat to a target object in order to detect the existence of defects of the target object by using a thermal image camera. The lamp unit is mounted in the body. The light guide member guides the light emitted from the lamp unit to reach the target object.
