<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoforming device that can continuously carry out thermoforming to release mold rapidly, and efficiently by rapidly heating a forming body, or allocating the forming body in a cooling stroke while rapidly heating, and especially carrying out heat treatment at a high temperature more than a preheated sheet temperature before forming, in a process from forming to demolding of the thermal forming, and to provide a forming method. <P>SOLUTION: In a thermoforming device of a thermoplastic resin sheet that performs pressure forming by a compressed air box of the resin sheet, the compressed air box used is composed by (1) heating compressed gas or introducing heated compressed gas, and while sending out this gas to a compressed air space from a plurality of holes prepared at the top surface in the compressed air box, and (2) simultaneously in parallel, accommodating the gas sent out to this compressed air space from a plurality of different holes prepared at the top surface to discharge it to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
