<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality inspection device capable of exactly inspecting accuracy of a junction irrespective of a posture of a box body, and also simultaneously inspecting shape accuracy, printing quality, and presence/absence of a foreign matter of the box body to make an inspection space efficient. <P>SOLUTION: A quality inspection device includes: imaging means 3 for picking up two areas adjacent on both sides of a junction; illumination means 4; storage means 50 which has a reference shape data storage part, and a reference image data storage part; shape accuracy determination means for detecting shape data based on images to be picked up, calculating a shift amount of the respective areas by contrasting the detected shape data with reference shape data of the respective areas, and determining quality of shape accuracy of the respective areas; means for determining quality of junction accuracy of a box body based on the shift amount of the respective areas to be calculated by the shape accuracy determination means; and means for determining quality of printing quality of the respective areas and presence/absence of a foreign matter by contrasting image data of the respective areas with reference image data of the respective areas stored in the reference image data storage part based on the images to be picked up by the imaging means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
