<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwear for ostomates, in underwear such as a pair of shorts used for a patient having an artificial anus and an artificial bladder on the lower abdomen, capable of rationally keeping up with single underwear even when a stoma is made in either the left or right lower abdomen, fitting to the body to impart more stable feeling, and spending active life. <P>SOLUTION: A bag part with a dimension for easily getting a pouch attached to the stoma in and out is made in the inside of the underwear. It is prepared so as to deal with the pouch(es) in left side, right side and both sides.
