The method comprises: when a first optical network system and a coexistence system have Raman effect crosstalk, setting the uplink wavelength of the first optical network system outside a range with the uplink wavelength of the coexistence system being the center and with the impact strength of the Raman effect crosstalk being the radius, and setting the downlink wavelength of the first optical network system outside a range with the downlink wavelength of the coexistence system being the center and with the impact strength of the Raman effect crosstalk being the radius; and performing optical signal transmission by using the uplink wavelength of the first optical network system and the downlink wavelength of the first optical network system. The present invention can avoid interference, and improve signal quality.
