An electrowetting display panel which can realize full-colour display, including a first substrate (21); a second substrate (22) opposite to the first substrate (21); a plurality of barrier walls (23) on the second substrate (22), with the plurality of barrier walls (23) defining a plurality of sub-pixels; an opaque insulation layer (24) on the second substrate (22), with the opaque insulation layer (24) including a medium layer (35) and an opaque liquid unit (34) on the medium layer (35), the opaque insulation layer (24) being able to display black or white under the effect of an electrical effect; and a plurality of coloured liquid units (32) corresponding to each sub-pixel and provided between the opaque insulation layer (24) and the first substrate (21), with the coloured liquid unit (32) being a conductive or polarized transmitting colour solution.
