<p>Carbonizing biomass, comprises converting the biomass to a carbon-rich solid substrate and discharge water, under increased pressure and temperature by a hydrothermal process (HTK-process), supplying the discharge water obtained from the hydrothermal process to at least one aquatic plant culture device, in which wastewater ingredients are biogenically bound in aquatic plant cultures. An independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the above method, comprising a hydrothermal-reactor (HTK-reactor) connected to at least one aquatic plant culture device on the discharge water side, during which the biomass is transferred to the carbon-rich solid substrate and the discharge water within the hydrothermal-reactor (HTK-reactor) by hydrothermal process, where the wastewater ingredients of the HTK-discharge water are biogenically bound in the aquatic plant cultures.</p> |
