A detection element (4) i.e. sliding element, is movably arranged in an opening (5) of the outer surface. The detection element is actuated by the running surfaces, and rotatable together with the body around a rotational axis. The detection element is movable by another opening. The element or a component e.g. actuation shank or detection shank, of the element is provided for producing detectable impact sound, where the component is rotatable around another rotational axis.
