PURPOSE: A heating wire control system, a traffic light including the same, and a heating wire controlling method are provided to remove foreign substances by activating a protection lens heating wire and a reflection shade heating wire. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic wave sensor part(10) transmits and receives ultrasonic waves. A database part(20) stores measure time data(23). A control part(30) compares data stored in the database part and activates a protection lens heating wire or a reflection shade heating wire. A database part includes a standard time data(21) and accumulated time data(25). The standard time data determines the time for receiving the ultrasonic wave transmitted by the ultrasonic wave sensor part to the ultrasonic wave sensor part. The accumulated time data stores a count time.
