USING PVC SHEET AND LIQUIDITY GEL COATING MATERIAL COMPOSITE WATERPROOF SHEET AND USING THE SAME WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A composite waterproof sheet by using a PVC sheet and fluid gel coating materials and a waterproof construction method thereof are provided to ensure self-healing performance and crack traceability on the movement or cracking of concrete and to prevent chemical changes by not using a torch. CONSTITUTION: A composite waterproof sheet(10) is made of the lamination of a release paper, a nonwoven fabric(120), and a PVC sheet(130). The lower part of the PVC sheet is attached with nonwoven fabric which is impregnate with a fluid gel coating material for enhancing coherence. A waterproof construction method using the composite waterproof sheet comprises the following steps: the steps of applying a primer(20); attaching the composite waterproof sheet; arranging insulation materials(30); and applying protective mortar(40). The upper part of the primer is attached by an adhesive surface by removing the release paper of the composite waterproof sheet. A joint unit is overlapped with 50-100mm of composite waterproof sheet.
