PURPOSE: A high speed LED chip sorting device is provided to effectively perform a process sorting the LED chip, thereby shortening working hours. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ring frame assemblies(110) is piled up in a ring frame loader(10), the ring frame assemblies comprise a ring frame(111) and a ring film(112), and a plurality of LED chips(C) is adhered to the ring film. The ring frame is formed in a circular form or a rectangular ring type, and the ring film is comprised of an adhesiveness material and fixed to the ring frame. A ring frame stand-by unit(30) comprises a first ring holder(31), a second ring holder(32), and a holder rotating member(33). The first ring holder accommodates the ring frame assembly moved in a horizontal direction from the ring frame loader, and is structured to enable clamping. The second ring holder is structured to enable clamping by receiving the ring frame assemblies to the outside or send the clamping ring frame assemblies to the outside. A ring frame support unit(50) comprises a ring frame alignment(51) and a second camera(52), clamps the ring frame assembly, and adjusts the position of the ring frame assembly so that each LED chip is able to be picked up by a pick up unit(60). |
