PURPOSE: A jumping athletic apparatus is provided to effectively absorb impact in a ground plane of the jumping athletic apparatus and prevent the noise. CONSTITUTION: A jumping athletic apparatus comprises a footstool(10); a handle rod fixed on the footstool; a spring(35) in which is able to elastically correspond to the pressure applied in a top of the footstool between the footstool and a spring bottom-supporting plate(40); a supporter(60) which is arranged to be contacted with the spring bottom-supporting plate; an exercise bar(30) in which the bottom end penetrates the spring bottom-supporting plate and the top end is inserted in the handle rod fixed to the footstool in order to fix to flow in the handle rod; a first impact absorption unit(81) having a hollow unit segmented into a plurality of diaphragm; and a second impact absorption unit(83) in which the bottom end is exposed to the supporter outside and contacting to the surface.
