PURPOSE: A wheel system and a one-railed light railway vehicle using the same are provided to maintain the body direction of the light railway vehicle because a wheel part is positioned on a central axis line of an upper plate by elastically turning in a lateral direction. CONSTITUTION: A wheel system of a one-railed light railway vehicle comprises multiple wheel parts, a connection member(16), and a receiving part(21). The wheel parts com in contact with a one-lined rail(3). The connection member comprises a bottom part(16b) and a top part(16a). The top part is connected to an upper plate of the light railway vehicle, and makes a wheel part turn at a predetermined angle corresponding to a curved part of the one-lined rail. The receiving part is formed on the upper plate so that the wheel part can reciprocate in the lateral direction of the upper plate.
