PURPOSE: An IC(Integrated Circuit) chip capable of varying connections between terminals is provided to apply a single chip to various circuits by varying connections between the terminals of an IC chip according to a user setting. CONSTITUTION: A communications part(110) receives a user setting from outside by wire or wirelessly. The communications part is able to receive the user setting from a setting device(200). The received user setting is delivered to a control part(120), and the control part controls the switching connections of a switching part(130), thereby controlling connections between terminals according to the user setting. The switching part is equipped with multiple switches(131), and the multiple switches provide connections between the terminals. A power supply part(160) delivers power received from the outside to the communications part, the control part, and the switching part. The power supply part maintains or varies the voltage level or current level of the power received from the outside and delivers to the communications part, control part and switching part.
