<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect a segment or arc through Hough transformation. <P>SOLUTION: A Hough transformation part 14 performs contour extraction processing on first to third component data 102A to 102C to generate first to third contour data 103A to 103C. Respective pixels of the first to third contour data 103A to 103C have pixel values of 0 to 255. The Hough transformation part 14 performs Hough transformation on respective points of the first to third contour data 103A to 103C. In a Hough table 15, pixel values of the respective points of the first to third contour data 103A to 103C, i.e. values of contour intensity are totaled as addition values.
