PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simplification of circuitry and reduction in size thereof.

SOLUTION: The optoelectronic integrated circuit comprises an optical splitter formed on a substrate and outputting an input optical signal while branching into N (N is an integer of 2 or more) optical signals, and N optical phase modulator(s) formed on the substrate for each optical signal output from the optical splitter, and outputting the optical signal while adjusting the phase thereof on the basis of the phase modulation characteristics where the phase variation depends upon the wavelength of light.
