<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved organic light-emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting diode display device comprises a display area which is defined on a substrate and displays an image, a non-display area which is defined to surround the display area and supplies a signal to a pixel included in the display area, a first thin-film transistor which is formed on the non-display area of the substrate, a second thin-film transistor which is formed on the display area of the substrate, a planarization film 140 which is formed on top of the first and the second thin-film transistors, a first electrode 175 which is formed on the planarization film in the non-display area and includes at least one first opening, a second electrode 145 which is formed on the planarization film and connected to the electrode of the second thin-film transistor, a bank pattern 150 which is formed on the second and the first electrodes and arranged adjacent to the first electrode such that a portion of the second electrode is exposed, an organic light-emitting layer 155 which is formed on the second electrode, and a third electrode 160 formed on the organic light-emitting layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
