<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ramp wave generation circuit whose speed is easily increased and a solid-state imaging apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A pulse output section 10 includes: a delay section including a plurality of delay units which delay and output inputted signals; and a delay control section for controlling delay time when the delay unit delays the signal. The pulse output section outputs a plurality of signals having a logic state corresponding to a logic state of the signal which the delay unit outputs and a plurality of signals in which a time difference of timing when the logical states of the respective signals change is time corresponding to the delay time. The time difference between timing of selection operation of a low-order bit selection section 14 and high-order bit selection sections 13a, 13b and 13c in one function circuit and timing of selection operation of a low-order bit selection section 14 and high-order bit selection sections 13a, 13b and 13c in the other function circuit is time corresponding to the integral multiple of the delay time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
