<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of grip performance during high load continuous travel while improving cornering force. <P>SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire includes a carcass 6 including at least two sheets of carcass plies 7, a belt layer 8, bead apex rubber 9, two sheets of textile reinforcing layers 11, and a steel reinforcing layer 12, and has a flatness ratio of 50% or less. The total number of layers in the carcass plies 7 is 2-4, the total number of layers in the textile reinforcing layers 11 is 3-5, and the total number of layers in the steel reinforcing layer 12 is 1-2 on a tire axial direction L1 passing a position of 7 mm outside of the radial direction from a radial direction outermost end portion of a bead core 5. In a side wall portion at the tire radial direction outside of 50% of a tire cross-sectional height from a bead base line, a tire radial direction height in a rigidity relieving region where the textile reinforcing layers 11 and the steel reinforcing layer 12 are not provided is 10-35% of the tire cross-sectional height. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
