<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation apparatus capable of easily and reliably constituting various functions such as measurement and photographing etc. necessary for observation allowing easy manufacturing and maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: An observation apparatus 10 includes plural units 110, 120, 130 and 140 such as: a measurement unit that performs a predetermined measurement; a photographing unit that performs a predetermined photographing; a communication unit that performs communication with an external device; a power supply that supplies the power thereto; and a power storage unit that stores the power, each of which includes a device for performing a predetermined function such as measurement or photographing etc. in a multi-stage.
