<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device capable of detecting an input operation with high durability and regardless of a use environment. <P>SOLUTION: An operation device 1 includes: an operation panel 30 showing the kind of the input operation; a light emitting section capable of irradiating an operation surface 31 side of the operation panel 30 with light along the operation surface 31; and a line sensor including one-dimensionally arranged light receiving elements. When the input operation is performed to the operation panel 30, reflected light of light from the light emitting section which is reflected by a finger performing the input operation is received by the line sensor, and a position of the finger is two-dimensionally estimated on the basis of the light receiving position on the line sensor and intensity of the received light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
