<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draft device that can stop a cradle at any spaced position, and a spinning machine having the device. <P>SOLUTION: A draft device includes: a cradle 31 which rotatably supports a plurality of top rollers; a rotation shaft 33 allowing the cradle 31 to be freely rotated between at a contact position where the plurality of top rollers and a plurality of bottom rollers are in contact with each other and at a spaced position where at least one of the plurality of top rollers is spaced from the bottom rollers; and a holding part TL which holds the cradle 31 at the spaced position of the cradle 31 when the cradle 31 is stopped at any spaced position during the rotating operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
