<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a cable connector to an end part of the cable with ease and sufficient holding strength, with no requirement for mold casting, and to surely prevent infiltration of liquid into the cable connector. <P>SOLUTION: A contact/seal cylinder 14 includes a contact housing part 14A for holding a conductor connection part, and an annular recess part which is formed on an inner peripheral part of a pressurizing piece having a hooking projection on its outer peripheral part and is attached with a seal tube 16. In a case where a cable CA is connected to a plug contact terminal 20 or a receptacle contact terminal 40 through a hole of the seal tube, when a female screw part of a stepped pressing nut member 12 is screwed to male screw parts 18MS and 38MS of a plug housing 18 and a receptacle housing 38, the pressurizing piece and the seal tube 16 are pressurized and an outer peripheral part of the cable in the plug housing and the receptacle housing is sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
