<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement allowing instantaneous removal of a hermetically mounted plastic bag or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This implement is integrally formed with a doughnut-shaped space between a bottom part of a cylindrical container and a bottom plate. A fire extinguisher or the like is fitted in the container, is covered with the plastic bag or the like from above in a state as it is, and the surplus end of the plastic bag is stored in the doughnut-shaped space and is stopped by a rubber band by use of a guide arm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
