<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic toll collection machine monitoring system which reduces transaction waiting time in an automatic toll collection machine. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic toll collection machine monitoring system comprising a plurality of groups in which a plurality of automatic toll collection machines are connecting to a monitoring board, includes a first monitoring board and a second monitoring board which belongs to a group different from that of the first monitoring board. If the first monitoring board detects communication performed between the first monitoring board and the first automatic toll collection machine under the control of the first monitoring board and determines that an alarm is generated from a second automatic toll collection machine under the control of the first monitoring board, the first monitoring board makes the second automatic toll collection machine under the control of the second monitoring board which belongs to the group different from that of the first monitoring board, and transfers an operation right over the second automatic toll collection machine from the first monitoring board to the second monitoring board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
