<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize by a simple composition the opening and closing of shutter's sluts so that the temperature, etc. in a building is appropriately adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: A shutter curtain of a blind shutter 30 comprises a plurality of sluts, which are aligned to cover an opening of a building, and each of which is turnable between an opening position where there are gaps between adjacent sluts and a closing position where adjacent sluts contact with each other. A control section 20 obtains power generation quantity data which show a power generation quantity of a photovoltaic power generation panel 12 installed on a building, and, based on a power generation quantity shown by obtained power generation quantity data, switches the shutter curtain of the blind shutter 30 to either one of a totally-closed mode with all sluts set at the closing position, a fully-opened mode with all sluts set at the opening position, or a ventilation mode with part of sluts set at the opening position while the rest set at the closing position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
