<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which reliably attains noise shield performance with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: a mounted substrate; a resin housing serving as a package for the mounted substrate; and a coating layer formed by plating or a conductive paint which coats the resin housing. The mounted substrate has a ground connection portion which is formed by a conductive part of the mounted substrate where the mounted substrate establishes electrical continuity with ground using circuit components of the mounted substrate or a ground pattern of the mounted substrate and is not covered by the resin housing.
