<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for forming a dispersed and mixed fuel of petroleums and water, which can form an atomized and uniformized dispersed and mixed fuel by causing large amounts of petroleums, such as lamp oils, gas oils and heavy oils, and water to collide with each other and then disturbing, crushing and mixing them, at a low negative pressure. <P>SOLUTION: A tool constitution has: a housing which has a circular cross-section and a desired cross-sectional area and length, and has a feed port on one side and a feed-out port on the other side; and a dispersing and mixing screw blade, whose diameter is nearly equal to the inner diameter of the housing, and which has desired pitch intervals and front tilt angles, and desired-interval cut portions equally divided into 4 to 16 per one round. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
