The present invention relates to a nanocomposite comprising: - a polyolefin composition, comprising at least one polyolefin; and - at least 5% by weight of nanoparticles, relative to the total weight of the nanocomposite, wherein the nanoparticles are selected from carbon nanoparticles, silicon nanoparticles, or SiC nanoparticles; wherein the polyolefin composition has a multimodal molecular weight distribution, preferably a bimodal molecular weight distribution.
