The compressor has a piston (30) that is movably accommodated in chamber (21) of cylinder housing (20). A transmission element (32) is rotatably mounted on a bearing plate (11) having drive shaft. The piston is moved relative to cylinder housing in reciprocating motion. A support plate (10) is arranged in rotatable manner with respect to the bearing element. A projection is arranged extending into space of the support plate and locking notch is formed in the bearing element to engage with the projection.
