Disclosed is a liquid storage apparatus (300; 400) comprising a liquid reservoir (310; 410), a liquid feed line (320; 420), a liquid discharge line (330; 430), and an exhaust pipe (350; 450), wherein the liquid feed line, the liquid discharge line and the exhaust pipe are all connected to the liquid reservoir. The liquid storage apparatus further comprises an emergency gas inlet pipe (360; 460) connected to the liquid reservoir. The emergency gas inlet pipe comprises a differential pressure mechanism (361; 461) and a gas reservoir (362; 462). One end of the differential pressure mechanism is connected to the liquid reservoir, the other end being connected to the gas reservoir, and the differential pressure mechanism is used to automatically communicate with or shut off the connection between the gas reservoir and the liquid reservoir according to the gas pressure differential between the gas reservoir and the liquid reservoir. The liquid storage apparatus uses an emergency gas inlet pipe to replace a liquid seal trough, and the emergency gas inlet pipe can rapidly replenish blanket gas in the liquid reservoir, preventing the liquid chemical in the liquid reservoir from being ruined, and also ensuring that the liquid chemical will flow out smoothly.
