PURPOSE: Meat made of mulberry and rice is provided to be high in protein and taste good. CONSTITUTION: 100 parts by weight of rice, 14-17 parts by weight of Glycine max, 4-5 parts by weight of peanut, 4-5 parts by weight of Perilla frutescens, 4-5 parts by weight of walnut, 4 -5 parts by weight of Helianthus annuus, 10-12 parts by weight of lotus root, 28-30 parts by weight of onion, 12-13 parts by weight of shiitake mushroom, 4-5 parts by weight of Curcumae longae Rhizoma, 21-23 by weight of mulberry juice are mixed, powdered, and extracted. The powder and the extracts are mixed to make a dough. The dough is stored in a curing room at a temperature of 45-55>=. The dough is mixed with salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, grain syrup, and red pepper paste and then pressurized.
