PURPOSE: An air ventilation device of a vehicle is provided to enlarge an air blowing range by distributing air discharged to an indoor space of the vehicle and improve an air blowing volume of a central unit as viscosity in an edge portion of a discharging unit is increased and the pressure of the central unit is decreased. CONSTITUTION: An air ventilation device of a vehicle comprises a duct(10), a cover, and a guide member(30). The duct is connected to an air conditioner and includes a passage(15) where air-conditioned air flows in inside. The cover is connected to the duct and arranged in an indoor space of the vehicle and composed of a base unit(22) and a discharge unit(24). The base unit is connected to the duct and includes a diffusion wall(22a) which diffuses air discharged through discharging holes to the indoor space of the vehicle. The guide member vertically divides the passage inside the duct, thereby guiding the air flowing in the passage to the discharging holes.
