<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance insulation performance by easing concentration of DC electric field on the vicinity of an aperture provided in an insulation board or in the gap of insulation boards. <P>SOLUTION: Rectangular parallelepiped lower insulation pieces 29a, 29b are installed between a lower barrier 26 and an intermediate barrier 27. Similarly, rectangular parallelepiped upper insulation pieces 30a, 30b are installed between the intermediate barrier 27 and an upper barrier 25. The lower insulation pieces are located along a set of opposite sides of an aperture 28 provided in the intermediate barrier, and the upper insulation pieces are located along another set of opposite sides of the aperture 28. A space between the lower insulation pieces serves as an inflow part 17a for feeding an insulation oil to the aperture.
