PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner that eliminates ghost light, and can be reduced in size.
SOLUTION: Two light beams from a cylindrical lens are made incident obliquely on a single deflective reflection surface of a polygon mirror being separated from each other in a Z-axis direction. The two light beams (light beam LBa, light beam LBb) reflected on the single deflective reflection surface of the polygon mirror intersect with each other on a surface on an incident side and a surface on an exit side of a scanning lens 2105A. In this case, an interval between ghost light at a position of an exit window and a light beam for writing can be an interval where only the ghost light can be eliminated, and an increase in a wavefront aberration of the scanning lens can be suppressed.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
