<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ticket gate device which allows reduction of power consumption for the entire time of utilization. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic ticket gate device comprises: first reading means for reading information from a wireless ticket medium presented by a user; a conveyance mechanism for conveying a magnetic ticket medium inserted into an inlet by a user to an outlet; a power supply part for supplying an operation power source to the conveyance mechanism; second reading means for reading information from the ticket medium conveyed by the conveyance mechanism; passage control means for controlling a passage propriety of the user on the basis of information read by the first or second reading means; detection means for detecting that the user performs an operation to use the magnetic ticket medium; first control means for stopping supply the operation power source to the conveyance mechanism after the elapse of a predetermined time in a state in which no magnetic ticket medium is inserted; and second control means for restarting supplying the operation power source to the conveyance mechanism when the detection means performs a detection movement in a state in which the supply of the operation power source to the conveyance mechanism is suspended. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
