<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detailed architecture to consider coexistence of a plurality of MIH (media independent handover) users by introducing a link ownership scheme into an MIHF (MIH function) in order to solve the problem that although I.E.E.E. 802.21 standard allows the plurality of MIH users in a single MIH function, it is not clear about how the plurality of MIH users are supported by the single MIHF (MIH function) under the constraint that there is only one MIH user allowed to change a state of a specific link during a specific period of time. <P>SOLUTION: An MIH_Register primitive in I.E.E.E. 802.21 standard is changed to transmit a series of assigned links to a remote MIH user on a network node, thereby supporting a scenario that a state of a link of a mobile node is changed by the network node. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
