<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a power tool perform a normal operation as far as the tool is used within a prescribed time, even if a use region is deviated from a permitted region which is set in advance. <P>SOLUTION: The power tool comprises: a battery 2; a drive part 3 driven by receiving power from the battery 2; a position information acquisition interface 4 for acquiring the position information of the tool itself; and a control part 5 for controlling the drive part 3 by receiving the power from the battery. While the position information acquired via the position information acquisition interface 4 is deviated from the permitted use region which is set in advance, the control part 5 performs control for transiting a mode to a use limit mode from a normal mode at a time point when a prescribed time has elapsed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
