<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for transmitting an operation stop signal from a line controller without transmission operation from a wireless terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless communications system 100 comprises a disaster prevention center 110 in which management information including the ID of a wireless terminal 4 being an operation restriction object is registered and managed in a stop object storage unit 52 etc. of a line controller 1. When power supply operation is performed, the wireless terminal 4 transmits power on information including the ID in accordance with the radio situation of a first wireless channel 7. The disaster prevention center 110 determines whether the wireless terminal 4 is an operation restriction object on the basis of the management information and the ID received from the wireless terminal 4.
